Peru 2005
One of my dreams of the past few years has been to visit Peru, the land of the Incas, llamas, and the incredibly high Andean mountains and Lake Titicaca. In December 2005, that dream finally came true! Over the next few months, I will be sharing my experiences and *some* of my pictures -- there are about 1400 in total! I'm still processing and labeling my pictures, and I still need to decide on a format for these pages. Right now, I'm thinking of doing things chronologically, but that could change. Tony Mattson, another traveler on this trip, created a couple very nice galleries of this trip. Since I am so behind on getting my photos up, check out his galleries here and here. I'm collecting some random facts here that will eventually show up in the proper place on these pages. 10 Highest Commercial Airports in the World1. Bangda, Tibet 14,219 feet 2.
